How to find the light in the middle of the darkness

We all have those days when, no matter how much sun shines in the sky within us, we only feel darkness and darkness. Even the most motivated people or those who are ambitious may find it difficult not only to get things done, but even to feel motivated to achieve their goals. But sometimes that darkness can become too engulfing in the heart and you may not let a ray of light escape.

When your heart is in shadow, you have to discover why there is no light in the midst of darkness. Thus, it is necessary to find the ways to get out of that existential crisis and motivate yourself when apathy and the desire to do nothing are attacking your soul too much.
